And the Winner is..../ Are Democrats lemmings?

Caesar Rodney is a hidden hero of the American Revolution. Caesar Rodney was a member of the divided Delaware delegation. George Read opposed independency while Thomas McKean supported it. On the first and second day of July, Rodney rode 80 miles on horseback to cast his vote in favor of independency. A more romantic version of the story has Rodney sick with face cancer, and through his illness, made a heroic ride to Philidelphia.

Read more about the guy on the back of Delaware's quarter here, here, and here.

Why do I bring up Caesar Rodney?

Has anybody noticed who the real winner in this election is?

Has anybody noticed how bland President Clinton is? How thin he has become?

This election President Clinton is the sure winner. After this election, Dems will be talking about how Bill Clinton galantly jumped from his bed, still sick from surgery, and saved the election for Kerry. Even in a Kerry loss, Clinton will be noted for courageously trying to "help" America by getting out there and helping his fellow Democrat.

But this is where it gets good. What if Clinton collapses? What if he fell down in front of the cameras like Fidel? Does it matter if it is staged or not? What if his illness takes a more tragic course and forces him away from the campaign trail. Could you imagine how that would save the election for Kerry? The sympathy vote would come out and Clinton would be the real hero. Outrageous you say? This is the Clintons we are talking about, and with them anything is possible.

Hail Caesar, we who are about to campaign salute you.

Regardless of the outcome and the events in the upcoming days, Clinton has solidified his standing among Democratic party ranks as their greatest president. Collapsing on stage only garuntees it.

Take the Jeff Blanco Challenge. - I noticed that people complain that I tend to generalize liberals. I have to agree, I do generalize liberals.
My opinion of Liberals?
Thinks from talking points.
Will ALWAYS criticize a conservative.
Will NEVER criticize a Liberal
Believe in free speech for the Left.
Tries to silence those on the Right.
Believes in sexual freedom except for those on the Right.
Believes in privacy but not for those on the Right.
Believes government should serve them at the expense of others.
Believes in war when a Democrat is in office.
Opposes every war when a Republican is in office.
Believes in freedom for some, not for all.

It's amazing, but you liberals agree with people you don't know more than you would agree with your own spouse. The challenge is simply this, Since President Bush's inauguration but prior to August 24, 2004, show me where you have praised the President or criticized a liberal Democrat. Being that you are not mind numbed lemmings and are capable of thinking for yourself, this should be quite easy. I do know of a couple of liberals who can do this, Mark Adams,Rob, and Mark Brown can. I've seen them do it, I know they can, they get a pass. And yes, I know some Republicans do it too. I'm not concerned with them, I am concerned with the lack of individualism on the Left. So leave a link to your blog in the comments that shows where you either broke ranks with a Leftist or stood by with a conservative on a conservative issue. That is the challenge.

¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤§¤

In the upcoming days, I will show be posting the difference between the Republican approach when it comes to minority outreach. Republican outreach involves encouraging minorities to go vote because they want to, while the Democrat tries to influence the African American vote using fear much like the days when the KKK would burn crosses in yards of African Americans. I'll have the Republican based ad within a day or two.

The little WMD that never was.

The Democrats are up in arms today. Yes, they are upset over WMD in Iraq. You remember, those things the Democrats were upset because we went to war over something that didn't exist? Well, the Democrats are mad because they did exist and can not be found.

Okay, let's try again. The Democrats who were mad because the Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq didn't exist, are now upset because what didn't exist, does exist, and now is missing. Still confused?

Okay, let's try again. Those non-existent Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq are missing. Not one to be a Monday morning quarterback, John Kerry today criticized the Bush administration for not attacking Iraq soon enough. "incredible incompetence".

Unfortunately John Kerry was not President during this time and looks more like a Johnny come lately. However, in John Kerry's defence, it's safe to say, had he been president, those missing Weapons of Mass Destruction would be stashed safely in Saddam's hands and we would not know about them, so we wouldn't be missing the WMD's. See how much better a Johnny "come lately" Presidency would be?

Though John Kerry is becoming aware of the story now, it actually broke a couple of weeks ago. Read it here. Despite what you believe with Iraq, it is clear that WMD's did exist in Iraq or there wouldn't be reason for concern today.

Michelle Malkin has posted an interesting read. It's another example of how lunacy has engulfed the left.

Ladies and Gentlemen, there is a new religious sect called Democratic Underground and MoveOn.ORG. Their willingness to jump off a bridge at the whim of their leaders makes the most extreme religious cults look like a bunch of amateurs. One fine example is when Holy Father Algore made an appearance at MoveOn.org's pulpit and preached to the choir. Okay, okay! So he sounded more like Hitler then a preacher. Scary, isn't it?

Did you notice I was gone Saturday? Of course not., it's the internet, you don't miss somebody in one day. The wife and I went to Nawlins Saturday and watched a most excellent show with the Blue Angels.

A couple of Blue Angels?

One of the most fundamental differences between conservatives and liberals is that liberals believe that the military is important during times of war. Conservatives understand that all service men and women during times of peace are just as important as those who served during times of war. Though I am grateful to those who served during war, I am equally grateful to those of you who served during times of peace. That's the fundamental difference.

I have intercepted an email message from Boeing, I think you definitely need to see it. CLICK HERE TO SEE THIS MESSAGE.

Oh yeah, look for the October surprise on Thursday. My "sources" tell me the Democrats have something up their sleeve this THURSDAY.

Predetermined elections?

If you want your politicians to do to America what ALGORE did to our election process, then vote for John Kerry. If you want our country to move on, vote Bush. For supporters of Ralph Nader, do you really want a guy to win who did everything he could to keep your guy off the ballot in state after state? I understand you want to vote for your principles, but Kerry victory may keep Nader and your principles off the ballot permanantly.

As for you Libertarians and Constitutional party supporters, it's time to unite with your fellow conservatives. With the widespread cheating on the left, our great Democratic Republic is under assault. This assault by brown shirted thugs threatens our democracy more than any terrorist or weapon. If this is allowed to go on, then the people no longer have a voice. If it's allowed to continue on then America will be subjected to predetermined elections. Those elections do not include the constitution, they do not include freedom, they do not include inalienable Rights. What predetermined elections do include is a globalist country ran by the "good guys", no sense of Americanism (though we still fight UN wars for them.), and a socialist economy.

I understand your values, I share many of them, but it's time to vote for Bush.

The lunatic that couldn't be Prez.

Speaken of da lunatic, I understand that he is helping George W. Bush win in Florida. Yes, he his going down to Florida to remind the voters that he believed they were too stupid to vote properly, especially the Democrat voters. Yeah, I agree with ALGORE, Democrats are stupid voters, but it's still offensive to say so.

Thank you ALGORE, thanks for helping Bush win Florida.

Only in a liberal state will you find a story like this.

Despite what the election results are, one thing is clear, America is a conservative nation.

Kerry's priorities

As we approach the November 2nd election, it becomes clearer and clearer where John Kerry's priorities lie. Is it the betterment of America in a time of war? Is it being an example to the world that Democracies work? No, it's all about Kerry's rightful position as America's king.

If the American public needed a good reason to vote for Bush, John Kerry delivered. Kerry has promised to put America through another Florida 2000. John Kerry is, during a time of war, willing to put America through even greater troubles than it has been through in the last four years.

If his first acts as "President" is to lead America into third world politics, then what kind of hell will his presidency be like? Kerry has 300 million stashed and is acting like that lunatic formerly known as ALGORE. What's next? State courts ordering the people to revote until they come up with results the courts agree with?

Kerry makes it clear that he is not the right man for the job. Not now in a time of war, not during a time of peace, not ever.

How you can support blood for oil

--Do's and don'ts--
1. Do drive to work. - Do not carpool.
2. Do drive to the grocery store. - Do not ride your bike.
3. Do drive to your anti war protest. - Do not stay at home.
4. Do spend election day driving people to the polls. - Do not stay home on election day.
5. Do use a motorized vehicle to take your vacation. - Do not support drilling in ANWAR.
6. Do take a plane to your next campaign stop. - Do not make campaign appearances via satellite.

Do the Do's and Don't do the Don'ts and you can be a supporter of blood for oil.

Any other ideas to help support blood for oil?

Am I the only one who has noticed that the Democrat motto is "Ask not what you can do for your country, ask what your country can do for you?"

And they wonder why people question their patriotism? Click to find out why.

And again.....

Democrat ideas suck so bad that they have to cheat to get elected. Click here to find out how they are cheating again.

This makes me want to vote for John Edwards for President!!!

Oh I am sure that Republicans cheat too, it's in the nature of a loser to cheat. When candidates are convinced they are going to lose if they don't do something different, they do something different ie. cheat. But we aren't seeing stories of Republican cheating, even though it's well known that the press has a left wing bias. You also know it isn't a good sign for Kerry if they catch Democrats cheating in Massachussetts. Exaggeration? Have you noticed how often Kerry has campaigned in his homestate? To be honest, I expect to wake up on one of the days after the election and see these headlines: Mass. Supreme Court orders people to vote again until they get the results right.

But what is the difference? Why wait for a State Supreme Court to make a decision? Why not just control the ballot box from the get go? Whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, this cheating in order to help a candidate win, despite what the voters actually said on election day, should scare you. It's a blow to the Democratic Republic that we call the United States. If we allow this to go on, then we become no better than countries ran by dictatorships.

Perhaps we should make executions the punishment for those caught tampering with federal elections. Something tells me that measure would meet great opposition.

Sent in by Tonya Veazey

The other day, my 9-year-old son wanted to know why we were at war. My husband looked at our son and then looked at me.

My husband and I were in the Army during the Gulf War and we would be honored to serve and defend our country again today. I knew that my husband could give him a good explanation.

My husband thought for a few minutes and then told my son to go stand in our front living room window. He told him: "Son, stand there and tell me what you see?"

"I see trees and cars and our neighbor's houses." he replied.

"OK, now I want you to pretend that our house and our yard is the United States of America and you are President Bush."

Our son giggled and said "OK."

"Now son, I want you to look out the window and pretend that every house and yard on this block is a different country" my husband said.

"OK Dad, I'm pretending."

"Now I want you to stand there and look out the window and see that man come out of his house with his wife and he has her by the hair and is hitting her. You see her bleeding and crying. He hits her in the face, he throws her on the ground, then he starts to kick her to death. Their children run out and are afraid to stop him, they are crying, they are watching this but do nothing because they are kids and afraid of their father. You see all of this son.... what do you do?"

"Dad?"

"What do you do son?"

"I call the police, Dad."

"OK. Pretend that the police are the United Nations and they take your call, listen to what you know and saw but they refuse to help. What do you do then son?"

"Dad, but the police are supposed to help!" My son starts to whine.

"They don't want to son, because they say that it is not their place or your place to get involved and that you should stay out of it," my husband says

"But Dad…he killed her!!" my son exclaims.

"I know he did...but the police tell you to stay out of it. Now I want you to look out that window and pretend you see our neighbor who you're pretending is Saddam turn around and do the same thing to his children."

"Daddy...he kills them?"

"Yes son, he does. What do you do?"

"Well, if the police don't want to help, I will go and ask my next door neighbor to help me stop him." our son says.

"Son, our next door neighbor sees what is happening and refuses to get involved as well.

He refuses to open the door and help you stop him," my husband says.

"But Dad, I NEED help!!! I can't stop him by myself!!"

"What do you do, son?" Our son starts to cry.

"OK, no one wants to help you, the man across the street saw you ask for help and saw that no one would help you stop him. He stands taller and puffs out his chest. Guess what he does next son?"

"What Daddy?"

"He walks across the street to the old lady's house and breaks down her door and drags her out, steals all her stuff and sets her house on fire and then...he kills her. He turns around and sees you standing in the window and laughs at you. What do you do?"

"Daddy..."

"What do you do?"

Our son is crying and he looks down and he whispers, "I close the blinds, Daddy."

My husband looks at our son with tears in his eyes and asks him... "Why?"

"Because Daddy.....the police are supposed to help...people who needs it...and they won't help....

You always say that neighbors are supposed to help neighbors, but they won't help either...they won't help me stop him...I'm afraid....

I can't do it by myself ...Daddy.....I can't look out my window and Just watch him do all these terrible things and...and.....do nothing...so....I'm just going to close the blinds....so I can't see what he's doing........and I'm going to pretend that it is not happening."

I start to cry.

My husband looks at our nine year old son standing in the window, Looking pitiful and ashamed at his answers to my husband's questions and he Tells him..."Son..."

"Yes, Daddy."

"Open the blinds because that man.... he's at your front door..."What do you do?"

My son looks at his father, anger and defiance in his eyes.

He balls up his tiny fists and looks his father square in the eyes, Without hesitation he says: "I defend my family, dad!! I'm not gonna let Him hurt mommy or my sister, dad!!! I'm gonna fight him, dad, I'm gonna fight him!!!!"

I see a tear roll down my husband's cheek and he grabs my son to his Chest and hugs him tight, and cries...

"It's too late to fight him, he's too strong and he's already at your front door son..... you should have stopped him before he killed his wife. You have to do what's right, even if you have to do it alone, before.....it's too late," my husband whispers.

That scenario I just gave you is why we are at war with Iraq.

When good men stand by and let evil happen is the greatest evil of all.

Our president is doing what is right. We, as a free nation, must Understand that this war is a war of humanity. We must remove evil men from power so that we can continue to live in a free world where we are not afraid to look out our window. So that my 9-year-old son won't grow up in a world where he feels that if he just "closes" that blinds the atrocities in the world won't affect him. "You must never be afraid to do what is right, even if you have to do it alone."

Be a proud American! Be proud of our troops! Support them! Support America so that in the future, our children will never have to close their blinds.

Affirmative Action

After the final debate La Shawn Barber gave us this post. In the comments this blogger appeared. He had this exchange with a poster named Kevin.

“Keep drinking your Kool-Aid, Lamb. You’ll feel as good as the day you transferred from the Hotel Management School to the Liberal Arts & Science Department at Cornell and told yourself: ““Now, I’m in the Ivy League!”” The only peopel who pay attention to CNN polls are True Believers like you.” - Kevin

To which he responded with....

"Kevin,

You don’t know me and you don’t know my life. I was never a hotelie; never a Dean supporter. But from your comment, some things are obvious to all about you.

1) You have no respect for Black Americans. Would you make a racist Kool-Aid joke to anyone who wasn’t Black? I know nothing of your background, but I don’t appreciate your racial rhetoric. Disagree without being disagreeable, sir.

2) You unnecessarily envy my Cornell diploma. It’s really not such a big deal, y’know.

3) You need to spellcheck. People, not ‘peopel’. :)"

First of all, I can't stand people who worry about other peoples typos. People like that have either ran out of arguments for their debate or simply so bored and empty in their own lives that they have to correct minor mistakes of others. I can understand people who do it to be helpful, but to be insulting about it? I bet they make typos as well.

For some of us, we are too busy in our lives. I work 12 hours a day and the last thing I care about is some liberal college student who is concerned about the spelling of a taxpayer. They are just annoying, but I also keep in mind, they probably don't have a job.

As for James, and the rich white liberals that control his thinking, he thankfully doesn't represent what the majority of African Americans think. Most African Americans would scoff at the insinuation by James that Kool-Aid is a racial comment. People like James look for racism in everything around them.

The reason racism controls leftist thinking is because racism is rampant in the Democrat party. When you’re a liberal, most of your friends are liberal and thus you encounter racism on a daily basis. When you are a conservative, most of your friends are conservative, and since you don't see racism on a daily basis, become ignorant too all the racism in America.

When your party has people such as 'Hymietown' expert Jesse Jackson ( who used to spit in white people's food), Cruz Bustamante, former Kleagle of the Ku Klux Klan Robert Byrd, and Hillary Clinton, it's easy to understand why liberals see racism as such a huge problem. You don't come home and worry about your house being on fire unless you come home and your house is on fire. In the home of liberalism, racism is on fire.

In order for liberals to keep their stranglehold on the minority vote, they have to keep alive the perception that Republicans are racist. It's this reason that liberals play the race card in any campaign where African Americans are a large voting block. Without the perception of racism, African Americans leave the Democrat party, thus leaving the Democrats with even less power. It is this reason and this reason alone that Democrats turn a blind eye to the racist in their own party and read racism into the actions of any Republican.

When it comes to affirmative action, Democrats believe that minorities need a helping hand based due to the color of skin. Their reasoning is that blacks can not succeed on a level playing field due to poverty and injustice. It is a myth that all blacks are poor and that all whites are upper or middle class. The concept that African Americans need a helping hand due to economic reason, though good hearted, doesn't help all people in dire economic status. Its aid is racist in that it selects which poverty stricken people are helped based on race.

I suppose that there are doubters out there, those that don't believe that helping African-Americans out based on color of skin is racist, but let's put the shoe on the other foot. What if we decided to help Caucasians, Hispanics, and Orientals based on race and excluded Native Americans as well as African-Americans. Wouldn't that be considered racist? Wouldn't you demand that we helped poverty stricken African-Americans as well?

Of course you would. Why wouldn't you? Shouldn't the government treat African Americans equally to Caucasians or anybody else? That is exactly the point that opponents of affirmative action wish too make. Why should poverty-stricken Caucasians be left out in the cold?

Wouldn't you also say that those who supported a system that excluded African Americans from receiving its aid are racist? If we are too help people in poverty, then that aid should not exclude people based on race. Affirmative action does just that.

But the very concept that minorities need affirmative action should be a slap in the face to minorities in general. The concept that minorities need a government program to help them compete on a level playing field with Caucasians even though they have the same economic background as Caucasians, is to suggest that minorities are inherently a weaker race. Middle class minorities are just as capable and just as competent as any other middle class person of succeeding in today’s society is. Minorities have come too far to be stopped with the absence of one political program. Only those who think whites are superior think that minorities are going to stop succeeding without affirmative action. It's not needed anymore.

Another reason liberals have a love affair with affirmative action is that it helps the Democrats control a voting base. I first realized this when Clarence Thomas was nominated to the Supreme Court. It is a well-known fact that Justice Thomas is a benefactor of affirmative action. As long as minorities benefit from affirmative action, it is expected that they stay loyal to the Democrat party. Liberals can not stand the idea of a independent thinking minority. As with Justice Thomas, affirmative action serves as a sword against minorities who do not stay loyal to the Democrat party.

But the simple fact of the matter is that success of minorities is not due to affirmative action, the NAACP, or the Democrat party. The success that minorities have had is due to the hard work and determination of everyday minorities. It was their abilities, their determination, their willingness to learn, exceed, and to be better than others, is what has led to successes in the minority communities. It happened because everyday people understand right from wrong. It happened because minorities were born equal to white people, they didn’t need a government program to equalize anything. The Democrats, engulfed in their world where minorities are incompetent and incapable of playing on a level playing field, will never admit that.
