It's this type of activity that makes sure I vote Republican and hope the Democrats never ever win again. As soon as we have forgotten the myriad of examples of lunacy from the left, up comes these anti free speech thugs. The way they are running around vandalizing peoples property in an attempt to silence those on the right should make any Democrat proud. I haven't went blog hopping yet, but I got a feeling that not too many liberal blogs will be denouncing this act of radicalism by their side.

I seriously doubt that they will denounce this attempt at stopping a mere act of education when a teacher posted a picture of the forty-three presidents of America in her classroom. It seems as though some parents are so convinced that John Kerry already won the election and is the next president of the United States. Convinved enough that they demanded John Kerry's picture be posted too. When the teacher refused, it was demanded that she turn in her keys.

It's these unreasonable acts of political discourse that make the Democrat party as a whole just too scary to be elected. It doesn't stop with just a handful of over active Democratic zealots, it also is seen in party allies such as Dan Ra^ther forging documents and Mythical Moore and his fictiomentary 'Propaganda 9-11'.

Unfortunately it doesn't stop there for the left, where it really gets incredibly scary is the tyrannical things the left want to do. Remember the Patriot act? Yes, it's true that many of our friends on the left oppose the Patriot act now, but during its passage all Senate Democrats except for two voted for it. Not only did Senator Kerry vote for the bill, he helped write it. What's so troubling about Democrats is that during the passage of the Patriot Act, they insisted that the Patriot Act did not go far enough complaining that it did not include National ID cards. Howard Dean was among those supporters of intrusive government.

And wasn't it ALGORE that wanted to give 'Hollywood 6 months to clean up their act or else' And what is Senator Kerry's view on the Patriot Act? Well according to the Senator on Thursday night, the Patriot act does not do enough. The Senator stated "95 percent of the containers that come into the ports, right here in Florida, are not inspected. Civilians get onto aircraft, and their luggage is X-rayed, but the cargo hold is not X- rayed."

One astute reader noted that while the Senator is busy giving hostile countries nuclear technology, he's also warned us in the Thursday night debate the following "And we're even developing ground penetrating nuclear bombs for use in the War on Terror. I'll scrap that program IMMEDIATELY and use the money more wisely." Is that so senator? How is that so, by giving the Iranian nuclear technology while giving the American Public National ID Cards?

Is it possible that the Senator will only prolong the war on terrorism in order to pass legislation infringing on the freedom of the American people with their blessing?

I was at a friends house today and noticed that her daughter was watching the MTV Video Music Awards again. When the Kerry girls came onstage I said "Oh watch this!". Yes, this was the moment that the Kerry girls got booed. Only they did not get booed. MTV edited out the booes and inserted cheers even going so far as to show the crowd applauding loudly. The girls were completely calm and even the background had changed. Alexis didn't even have to lift her finger too shush the crowd. But the best part? The Bush girls were completely taken out. How is that for free speech? Only the Kerry girls are allowed free speech, not the VMA crowd and most certainly not the Bush girls.

By they way, have you ever noticed that nobody sees things more black and white than our friends on the left do? Anything that a liberal Democrat does is perfect, no matter what it is {White} while anything that a conservative Republican does is evil and wrong, no matter what it is{Black}?

Anyway, I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe my ears as I listened to my fellow Republicans slam Bush after the first presidential debate. I understand you think he's next to God but he really isn't. You got the real Bush on Thursday night and were suprised by him. Was he really so different Thursday night then he was during his acceptance speech? And don't tell me how tired he was, I know he's tired, he's the President.

This is going to be a real shocker to you Republicans who think Bush looked terrible during that first debate, but I got to tell you, He isn't the most eloquent speaker. Where have you folks been?

One thing that is being missed by my fellow conservatives is that the Democrats are betting everything on their view that the American public is stupid. The American public is not stupid. They do realize what's at stake, they do realize that the Senator isn't straight forward. They do realize that Kerry IS the anti-Iraq candidate while Bush is the pro-Iraq candidate. Kerry, has only given credibilty to Bush's decision to take out Hussien. John Kerry admitted that we did the right thing with Iraq. Everything the Democrat party has been saying about Bush the entire time has been flushed down the John by Kerry. Bush knew he did the right thing, and now we know he did the right thing. Thank you Senator Kerry.

Immediately after the debates in 2000, the consensus was that ALGORE had won. After each debate, the numbers would show a clear victory for ALGORE. Yet, ALGORE did not get the lead he expected from the debates. Gore supposedly won, but what good is it to win the debates, if you do not convince your audience to vote for you? ALGORE didn't do it, niether did John Kerry. In fact, I want to ask you to think back to the debates and tell me, after seeing them side by side, Who would you ra^ther have a beer with? Who would you ra^ther watch the superbowl with? Bush might have looked terrible, but I'd ra^ther have a beer with Bush, I'd ra^ther watch the Superbowl with Bush, I'd ra^ther vote for Bush. I trust Bush over Kerry, so will the American public.

It's that simple, Kerry came off as being fake, unbelieveable, like the high school Barbie who will smile through anything, yet doesn't treat people with respect. John Kerry just looked fake. That smile Kerry had really disturbed me, it was just fake.

But let's get to the substance of the debate....since you folks are too busy whining over your new discovery that Bush has speech problems. Let's take a serious look at Kerry's speech problems.

"The president hasn't put one nickel, not one nickel into the effort to fix some of our tunnels and bridges and most exposed subway systems. That's why they had to close down the subway in New York when the Republican Convention was there. We hadn't done the work that ought to be done.

"And what we need now is a president who understands how to bring these other countries together to recognize their stakes in this. They do have stakes in it. They've always had stakes in it."-----I'm glad you feel that way Senator, so what do you have to say about our current allies?

"But you can't tell me that when the most troops any other country has on the ground is Great Britain, with 8,300, and below that the four others are below 4,000, and below that, there isn't anybody out of the hundreds, that we have a genuine coalition to get this job done." So Senator, are you saying that our current allies are unimportant? With your election, will they withdraw? Well what else do you have to say about coalition building?

"We could have bilateral talks with Kim Jong Il. And we can get those weapons at the same time as we get China. Because China has an interest in the outcome, too."-----So you won't build a coalition in dealing with North Korea? Would you deal with them unilaterally if necessary?

"It [IRAQ] was a threat. That's not the issue. The issue is what you do about it."-----------Senator Kerry, thank you for admitting that Iraq was a threat, and we did do something about it instead of waiting around for Iraq to become a much bigger threat.

First of all, I noticed Kerry's skin tone. It was not the security level orange like I kept hearing about, however, he did seem pale. Bush actually looked more orange.

I am not among those that think this is the most important election of our lifetime. I think it's just a propaganda 'get out the vote' statement by both sides. It's not that important, both sides are going to continue the fight against terrorism, just one will fight it somewhat differently than the other, just how differently is the question. With that being said, I ALMOST want Kerry to win. Could you imagine the late night jokes every night? EVEN ⁱCBS would be making jokes about Kerry, the President. It would be one comic line after another. It would be great. Expensive (taxes), but great. I'll vote for Bush anyway.

I watched the debate on C-span and the reason I did was because of the fixed cameras. I do not like the other channels that use different angles to encourage peoples impression of different candidates. While watching the debate, I noticed that Kerry kept bobbing his head as if he was agreeing with everything the president said. Whenever the President pointed out that Kerry voted for the war on terror before he voted against it, Kerry smiled and bobbed his head. It was just odd.

Bush continued to stumble and at times he looked as if he lost his train of thought. I also thought that there were times that the President could have nailed the Kerry and instead decided to take a different approach. However, the President did a very good job of staying on message.

But since appearance wasn't overly bad let's get to the substance.

Now, the major thing that stuck out in my mind was that after all this time of accusing the President of not doing enough to build a coalition, Kerry now wants to take a different approach to North Korea. While the President has built a coalition in Iraq, John Kerry seems that we should have bilateral talks. Suddenly, we should do things bilaterally with a a country that now has WMD's but with a country that is attempting to develop WMD's we need to build a large coalition. It was just a strange position to take after crying so loudly that the coalition in Iraq is not inclusive of France and Germany.

The one thing about this debate that I think is right on the money is that the war in Iraq is the war on terrorism. It's a bold statement to call the people who strap bombs on in order to kill Americans are innocent victims of American occupation. That's the same language used by Palestinians to describe Jews in Israel. But they are not innocent victims, they are not some "insurgents", they are terrorist. They are terrorist who would do harm to Americans. Aren't you glad that the war is in Iraq and not in the streets of America? Would you ra^ther take the Senators position and not send our troops to Iraq, fighting the war on the streets of America instead?

Would you ra^ther the country be turned into a police state having the government watch every single port, energy plant, chemical plant, school, street, garage sale, and bathroom? If we take John Kerry's approach to fighting terrorism when does it stop? Would we feel safe when cameras loom at every street corner in every major city? Could crime be committed inside homes? Should the government take greater measures to curb crime by "educating children" to report "suspicious criminal activity" being committed by family members? I am sure that if we did that we'd be able to cut down on terrorist attacks but even then I believe the terrorist would be able to do harm.

Okay, so you think I am exxagerating? Do you think that Kerry's plan wouldn't be so severe? Do you think we'd stop at the same type of security measures that are now being used by Israel? Has Israel stopped terrorist activity? Why would Israel need to build a wall to keep terrorist out? Would John Kerry's plan include build a wall around America to keep terrorist out? How many people will die before John Kerry will take to war in the Middle East? What if the United Nations takes the same approach to America as it has towards Israel? Would you support the United Nations telling us that we cannot do what is necessary to secure our borders much like they have told Israel to tear down that wall? And if Israel cannot have a wall around it's borders, and America can not have a wall, then why can China? Who is the United Nations if they are not going to apply the same rules to all countries? What good does it do to allow China to maintain an outdated wall while Israel can not build one in it's defense?

At what point does John Kerry and the United Nations believe America has the Right to self defense? George W. Bush believes, and rightly so, when America thinks it's time to defend itself. John Kerry thinks so only when a coalition has been built. A coalition that does not necessarily have American's best interest at heart.

Let's take a look at the Kyoto agreement since, after all, out-sourcing is a key issue in this years election. The Kyoti agreement treated countries differently. Some countries did not have to abide by the Kyoto agreement. Other countries did. One such country that would have to abide by the Kyoto agreement was the United States. The Kyoto agreement was considered such a terrible thing for the United States that 95 Senators voted "no" on it's resolution in 1997. Senator John Kerry, who stated that the Kyoto agreement was a good thing in tonights debate DID NOT vote for it in 1997 even though he was given that opportunity to do so. In fact, no senator even voted for it. In fact, John Kerry joined with 94 senators in saying that Kyoto was bad for America. Despite advising President Clinton to not sign the Kyoto agreement, and despite stating that as President, he won't go along with the Kyoto agreement, John Kerry criticized the President for not signing on to the Kyoto agreement. But John Kerry should know first hand just how bad the Kyoto agreement is, after all, he was a delegate to the convention.

So to you environmentalist out there, Kerry betrays the Kyoto agreement, he just thinks your too stupid to see it.

I also notice that Kerry does something else. When he states his position, and then somebody confirms his position back to him, he changes his position in order to clarify it. In the process, he muddies it even further.

Something else that annoys me about Kerry, that stupid "We can do better" slogan. Of course we can do better. When couldn't we? We could have done better during the civil war, we could have done better during WWII, we could have done better in Vietnam, we could have done better in any war. That's why during peace time we maintain a strong, well trained military. That's why that we continue to develop better wartime technology even during times of peace. John Kerry did not understand that during his 20 years in the senate. John Kerry did not believe in our military doing better in times of peace. Are you sure that John Kerry, a delegate to the Kyoto agreement that was terrible for America, that didn't believe in strengthening our military during peacetimes, that complains we don't have a coalition in Iraq, that complains we do have a have an international coalition to deal with North Korea, that stood against our soldiers while they fought in Vietnam. Is John Kerry right for America? It's self evident that he is not, at least not on the international level. John Kerry does not have America's best interest at heart.

And though I do agree with him that we can do better than President George W. Bush, I don't agree with him that George W. Bush is a terrible president. Sure he has his faults, but the Senator appears to be criticizing the president just for the sake of criticizing him.

I heard the argument tonight that Kerry would do it 'better', 'faster', and 'smarter'. Do what better? Do what faster? Do what smarter? What exactly is smarter?

What we are getting from John Kerry is an appeal to replace the President just for the sake of of replacing the president. What John Kerry and the Democrats are trying to sell America, is that George W. Bush is nothing but a used car, a lemon, that needs replacing. But what they don't realize is that even if George W. Bush is a used car, we won't replace him with an outdated horse and carriage. We know where our used car will take us, we don't know where the horse and carriage is going. We don't even know if the horse and carriage would get us there.

It's a bad sell and John Kerry is the lemon in this election.

Anyway, there are a lot of things I want to talk about, I'll be giving my inputs on the debates, filesharing, and of course more free speech issues.

Before I begin, I want to say that every word in this post leads you to a different blog. It isn’t done in any particular order.

In Blog We Trust

I know, I know, it’s blasphemy. But as I drove down the street today, thinking about what movie I was going to rent from Blockbuster Video, the radio caught my attention. Many days, while driving around, I don’t pay too much attention to what’s going on, after all, I am busy working. But tonight Michael Savage said five words that caught my attention. ‘What is it about blogging?'

He went on to say that bloggers can just say what ever they want to, that bloggers ‘can just make stuff up’. This wasn’t the first time that I heard somebody say it and it won’t be the last. Bloggers seem to be developing a reputation in the mainstream media as being dishonest, even though the majority of bloggers are not.

I have that those who accuse others are usually the guilty ones. If you know someone who blames others of theft quite often, keep an eye on them. It’s most likely that they will steal from you. The guy who comes home and accuses wife of cheating, guess what he’s been up too. People project their own guilt onto others.

It’s that way in the professional world as well as your personal world. It’s just the way many people react. The reason this is, its because people see the rest of the world as being just like they are. It’s why liberals call theirselves ‘moderates’ and conservatives proudly call theirselves ‘conservative’, and both insist that the other side is ‘out of touch’ and is extreme. They see the rest of the world being as normal as they are while those who are different are just weird.

So when I hear people complain of widespread lies, I have to wonder if they aren’t the ones who are lying. The reason they accuse so many people of lying is because they think it’s the norm, everybody lies just like they do. Why do they assume that so many people are dishonest and that the internet is mostly unreliable? If one is an honest person, wouldn’t he consider himself honest on the internet as well? Does the internet really turn you into an evil goon? Certainly with so many people on the internet, one would think that it’s also a vast source truth.

Another one of the reasons for such distrust is because of the anonymity of the internet. There is an attitude that you have to see it to believe it, that if it’s on the internet it’s automatically false. Yet, we won’t take this same approach to other aspects of our lives. Movies often cite figures that don’t necessarily prove factual, yet, so many times people take this a truth.

An example of this is a recent movie called “The Day After Tomorrow” in which “facts” were written into a script of a movie that was made in part, according "raise consciousness about the environment." How many times do we see things presented in facts during a movie and we never question it.But we are expected to question everything we read on the internet.

It’s rampant in our entertainment, yet we take their unwanted knowledge and store it away. We hear radio talk show hosts spew out facts, and are expected to believe everything they say. On Sundays, we open up our bibles while we believe the guy preaching to us is a good upstanding citizen. We believe in our presidents when we go to war or when they say they won’t raise our taxes.

We are expected to trust our politicians with new laws even after they were less than truthful of their intentions when they were campaigning. Yet, we are not supposed to go on the internet and believe neighbors, our colleagues, or friends or our family members, because suddenly what they say isn’t truthful because they said it on the internet.

It’s easy to say that the blogosphere is anonymous, that the person behind the computer sitting in his living room wearing his Batman pajamas with a Dick Tracy hat is living out some twisted heroic fantasy. That the blogger in question needs to lie about their own views. Listening to the mainstream media, you’d think we were all professional daytime talk show analysts waiting around for our checks.

But that isn’t the blogosphere.

What we are witnessing isn’t just pamphleteering that Michelle Malkin spoke of. It’s more than that; it’s a new form of communication. It’s the new telephone, only now, you can tell everybody the great news, or the bad news, and it only takes a few minutes.

You can come home and vent, let it all out, scream at the world, and not hurt anybody’s feelings. You can tell your friends everything, at your convenience and they can listen at their convenience. You can be who you really are; you are free to be who you are.

You can talk about what interests you and those who are interested will read what you say. Bloggers are just people with web sites who give it a little more care. It’s everything you wanted to say after you hung up the phone. You can say what you really believe and you can say it public or in private. It’s your own diary of your thoughts, only it’s on the internet.

But it is the polibloggers who are making all the waves these days, especially this election year. It wasn’t the Bush campaign that crumbled the walls of iCBS it was the bloggers. will be more instances, especially if the media keeps misunderestimating the bloggers.

You see, bloggers are many things, but dishonest? No, bloggers are not. Whether we are talking about the left-winger or the right-winger, when given the opportunity he’s going to tell you what he really thinks. The blogger is the guy who used to sit in front of his television wondering why the commentators are a bunch of bozos making silly arguments. He’s the guy who should have been there making the case for what he believes, not some guy who’s been trained to argue both sides of the debate.

Bloggers also have put some blood, sweat, and tears into the style of their blogs and the longer the blog exists, the more important it becomes to the owner of the blog that he is honest. He earned his readership, and wants to keep it that way.

The blogger may be anonymous his audience is even more so. The blogger does not know if his sister is reading it nor does he know if his boss is reading it. He is hanging himself out there and has no choice but to be honest.

When I decided to start a blog, I decided to give my real name out. I was somewhat nervous about it. Why shouldn’t I be? Who knows what kind of freaks are out there? I could become a victim of identity theft. I can get some strange phone calls in the middle of the night, or somebody could really air out some embarrassing information aboutme.

But I did it anyway in large part because I wanted to create an atmosphere that I had to be honest in. My beliefs, my work, everything about me can be verified much easier. Many of the people that read my blog I see any where from&

The Black Eye peas have really been influential in 2004. First they released a single that did well for them. So well, that their hit single was slightly changed into "Let's Get It Started In Here" and became the theme song for the NBA Finals. Then the Black Eye Peas were spotted getting a groove out of the delegates on the final night of the DNC convention.

The song has gotten so big that a Baton Rouge area lawyer wants to get back to the original lyrics, "Let's Get Retarded In Here." That's the defense your honor, Derrick Todd Lee is mentally retarded.

He must have seen the evidence against DTL. In other words, the attorney doesn't think he can win. By the same token, we are no where near Vietnam. We've been listening to the the left tell us what a mess Iraq is since day one. Well if that's what they think of it, then what on earth do they say about these other wars?

Since March 22, 2003 the United States has lost 1041 American lives in 550 days as of 9-22-04. 247 or 23.72% are considered Non-Hostile according to Iraqi Coalition Casualty Count

Total number of years (84) x number of days in a year (365) = Total number of days in years(30660)
Total number of days (30,732) minus total number of days in years (30660) = days left over (72 days)

Since day one, liberals have opposed the war in Iraq. It's time for them to just shut up and back the men and women serving the United States.
