I find it amazing that anyone would decide how to vote depending upon who happened to debate better for 90 minutes. My vote is based on many years of the candidates' records - plus, some moral and ethical principles, which the Republican Party best represents. Also, I am concerned that a Liberal Democrat will appoint activist judges while I want Constitutional judges. Back to the candidates ... OK, President Bush isn't perfect, but he is doing a very good job of protecting us and he "gets it" about the terrorist threat; John Kerry, well who knows, he voted for it before, etc... Also, I have trouble with the anti-war business; I will forgive youth a lot, but I have trouble with that. For those of you who think that President Bush won't admit a problem in Iraq: talk to those who have been there instead of listening to the left-leaning media - yes, there are problems, but many, many good things are happening there, too.

No change here either. Bush has run up the largest deficits ever, dragged us into Iraq and away from defeating the true terrorist networks. Net job loss for America, sluggish economy, high oil prices. He can't give the troops enough muscule to win the war either, because it might poll poorly. Plus he won't level with America or the troops because he can't admit a mistake. That was on display for all to see. Rule number one is level with those you are leading. Bush cannot do that.

No, it didn't change my mind. If anything it made me more sure than ever that John Kerry is the better qualified candidate. I don't know how anyone could have watch the debate and still think that Bush has what it takes to lead this country.

Yes..it helped me to decide that I should register as a few dead folks so I can vote for Bush several times.. Kerry wants to be president just to say -hey world..look at me..I'm president! -Then he'll go play golf...with Kofi Anni.

Of course it didn't change my mind. I'm too involved in the political process to be swayed by one debate. I am concerned about those who are just now starting to follow the elections though. They could be swayed by last week.

I planned on voting Bush before the debate and still intend to do so. Kerry debated better than I expected, but that doesn't change my opinion of him -- not at all.

I'm sticking with my choice, there is to much at stake to throw it away just because my guy had a bad night.

I've known John Kerry was a jackass for 35 years. I didn't just figure it out Thursday night.
